Purchasing cloth masks for all of your students or employees is no simple decision, and it’s only natural for you to have several questions before pulling the plug on your bulk order.
At Quality Face Wear, we’re business owners too, and we understand just how limited your time is. Because we value your time, we’ve decided to answer the top six mask FAQs we receive most below.
1. What material are your masks made of?
Both blends are:
- Snuggly fitting
- Ideal for breathing without restriction
- Machine washable
2. What technique do you use to print the logos?
We offer two options to print your logo on your masks: screen printing and dye sublimation.
Screen printing leaves behind a slightly elevated, textured logo on top of the mask, whereas dye sublimation permeates the fabric entirely to create your logo. Screen printing is our standard, but if you’d prefer dye sublimation, contact us.
3. Where should we place our logo?
If you choose to have your logo screen-printed, we recommend placing it away from the center/mouth area to ensure the cleanest and easiest breathing. If you choose dye sublimation, the placement of your logo will not matter, as it will not restrict breathing.
4. What’s the lead time?
As of now, our lead time is approximately 2 – 3 weeks for blank masks and 3 – 4 weeks for logo imprints due to high order volume. We hope to see this time decrease in the near future as we continue to crank orders out.
5. Can I get a sample first?
Yes! As business owners, we fully respect the “try before you buy” philosophy. Feel the quality of our masks for yourself before you make a decision. Simply click here to fill out our form and we can deliver your sample in as little as two days.
6. What’s your most popular mask/which one do you recommend?
Our highest-recommended and most popular mask is the dual-layered cotton face mask with adjustable ear loops. We noticed that most face masks tend to loosen as you wear them throughout the day. To combat this, we created masks with adjustable ear loops that can be form-fitted to any and all face types and won’t aggravate your ears with painful elastic.
